Server update

1.  Moved event PQ NPC to Blooming Coral and make for lv 260+ (Now you can summon your guardian to get EXP
2.  Moved event Gero NPC to Black Swamp (Now you can summon your guardian to get EXP)
3. Adjust ED bonus set to be between that of Kronos and that of Koiosu
4.  Changed kochi for warrior popuri to send you to any PvP maps and reduce the text
5. Fixed strong legs to protect against Dark Distractor and Deadly Fen
6. Foxs tail/5->4 slot  Physical Resist, Foxs ears/4->3 slot Gun Resist
7. Harkon now is free
8. Changed the Party quest event rewards
9. Changed Kerbs monster to Bats in Guardian room
10. Increase the time limit from 15 minutes to 30 minutes (Monster quest in Chaos Tower)
11. Changed the amount of hearts to enter the Guardian Room 5 ->3
12. Remove HP-based skills on non-bosses (Chaos Tower)

Skill balancing

1. Strong legs is fixed
2. increase searing light cool-down 10sec -> 13sec
3.  Shield of Heaven recover 2seg -> 3 Seg/original
4. Reduce SoH health to 4250%
5. Some changes were made to Radiant strike to test hit
6. Dash with less cooldown
